We value our relationships with professional advisors
- Many advisors choose not to practice in the specialist fields of business rescue and insolvency but prefer to work with us in partnership. Think in terms of a GP who refers a patient to a consultant for specialist advice.
A wide range of professional advisors recommend us to their clients
We commit to the existing advisors of our clients as follows.
- We always tell them about work we are doing for their clients (subject only to the clients' approval before so doing).
- We consult them to identify areas where they are better placed than we are to service their clients.
- When we are aware of other situations where their services would be appropriate, we always seek to make introductions.
- A director will always be available to be consulted without charge about any general query in our field.
- In the unlikely event that a client has any cause to complain about our services, a director will personally intervene to ensure a proper explanation and satisfaction.
- We prefer firms that like us are committed to the local professional and business community and seek to involve them whenever possible.
- We make a point of taking existing advisers with us and not sidelining them. Our solutions more often than not involve the saving of the company, which means ongoing work for the existing advisor as John found to his benefit in this CVA
