Dealing with a key supplier in difficultyPaul managed the purchasing function of a national distributor and retailer. He wanted to renew the annual contract with a supplier of kitchen furniture but was concerned about recent press commentary and the loss reported in the latest accounts. We helped Paul interpret the accounts and suggested ways that he could continue to do business with the supplier in a supportive way but one that still limited his exposure. |
