Recovery Implementation
|
![]() |
We are not "here today, gone tomorrow" consultants, writing reports and disappearing. No recovery plan ever finishes as it was intended. Regular measurement and monitoring leading to continual amendment is key to any recovery. We will agree in the turnaround plan dates for future reviews of progress. It is difficult for you to judge your progress accurately since you will be closely involved in the detail and your enthusiasm will be infectious. Our independent, expert and outside perspective will ensure an honest assessment so you do not delude yourself about progress. We can stand behind you as you face those difficult decisions. In some cases, our clients and we agree between us that they need full-time management support to implement the recovery and that it would not be cost-effective for us to play this role, much though we would like to do so and are so qualified. In these cases, we can introduce a range of suitably qualified external interim managers for you to choose someone with whom you feel you can work. |
