Stakeholder Management
|
![]() |
By stakeholders, we mean anybody or any organisation whose support you will need to secure your future and whose prosperity also depends on your success.
If your business is struggling, stakeholders will be cautious. They have to account to their own stakeholders and their own reputations are at stake. They will not necessarily take your word about the reasons for the difficulties and be confident in your ability to achieve a recovery. They might not even believe a recovery is happening. The involvement of Portland as an independent firm of experienced advisors instils that confidence in the future and trust in reported information. Our philosophy is to work in partnership with stakeholders; a confrontational or deceptive approach is counter-productive. We are well respected by those who have experienced our involvement. We use this to your advantage. |
