Our people include those with extensive experience of this type of work within large accounting firms and those we have trained ourselves.
- We are highly effective in small and/or non-complex situations where our efficient approach and competitive cost structures can be bought to bear.
- We recognise our limitations in complex or international situations. In these cases, we would introduce a large accounting practice with whom we maintain a strategic relationship for this purpose.
However, much of our work for stakeholders results not from direct instructions but from introductions by an external stakeholder to work with a management team as the client. Typically, such a stakeholder could be a bank or major supplier whose interests lie in "customer rescue and preservation".
